To boost the effectiveness of the profiles, Neil Sainani, Internet Brands vice president of product management, relied on extensive customer input for the new design. He coordinated the efforts of individuals from across the Martindale-Nolo Legal Marketing Network to create a more active platform. Specific advances that will improve your ability to reach prospects include:

  • Ensuring that the Contact Us widget is always accessible to profile viewers. People will no longer have to search or scroll the page to contact you. The updated widget “floats” with the user so they can start a conversation with just one click.
  • Customizing practice area searches to reduce confusion. Now, when someone enters one of your legal practice areas in a search, it is highlighted in the result rather than appearing as one item in a list.
  • Enhancing and tailoring the presentation for both mobile and desktop users. The redesign not only looks and works well in both formats, but your outreach is specifically geared to the device used by the prospect: a phone number on smartphones and a contact form on desktops.

Our companywide commitment to increasing your marketing potential does not stop there. As we track the performance of the flexible new platform, we can make adjustments quickly to increase the site’s effectiveness.
